No 'Poo, Day: The First

I washed my hair with a baking soda paste this morning. At first my hair felt incredibly greasy and I felt like I had crisco on my fingers. I know this is normal, but I didn't think this would happen because I rarely shampoo my hair and thought my natural oils were well balanced. In any case, after I rinsed and towel dried my hair it no longer feels greasy.

We shall see how this goes.
