CHOICE Potluck

I have decided that I am going to make this Minty Orzo Lentil and Feta Salad for the potluck on Saturday with a few changes: I am substituting the brown lentils with precooked beluga lentils from Trader Joe's and eliminating the olives entirely.

Let's start off with a basic dal:

This one does at well, but the addition of flank steak does little to help the goal of cutting down on meat:
