I'm Baking Bread RIGHT NOW

My first loaf of yeast bread. The No Knead variety.

I am so excited. I will update this later with a review after tasting it.

I am sorry that it took so long to update. I burned the bottom of the first loaf although the bread around the burn tasted very good. The second loaf was lovely and I fixed the problem by not placing the dutch oven on the lowest oven rack (which should have been obvious to me from the beginning.
